Apple cider vinegar
All of us in the Nobelhart kitchen swear by Kaltenthaler’s naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar from Rheinhessen. Only the best organic apples from the region are used to make cider, before it is then processed into vinegar – without additives, preservatives or thickeners.
It’s an absolutely essential ingredient in our restaurant as much as our products to enjoy at home. You’ll find it, for example, in our pickled mustard seed – which we believe is simply the best mustard seed this side of the Rhine.
