Does Turkey’s national drink count as German cuisine? We think it does, after all, we’re in Berlin Kreuzberg. We make our Ayran with dairy from Erdhof Seewalde – yoghurt, whey and double cream.
A refreshing drink on warm days, great with savoury and spicy dishes or for breakfast.
