Cold Brew is one of our favourite drinks in the summer – and we’ll bet it’ll be one of yours too.
Extracted over 18 hours in cold water, Cold Brew is all around less bitter, more round and fruity than hot coffee. However, it does pack quite a punch in terms of caffeine which is why we defuse the whole thing with a little water. To promote the fruity taste of coffee we add a tiny amount of apple cider vinegar.
A refreshing wake-up call on warm days. Straight up or with a sip of fat milk for a softer appearance.
Currently we are using this coffee for our Cold Brew.
