Every year spring takes pars pralinen outside to the freshly fragrant blossoms of Brandenburg. Freshly picked woodruff from the Schorfheide, elder flower or wild cherry blossoms – the finest natural ingredients. Or Maca-Ginseng elixir by Dr. Jaglas and buckwheat with vermouth, all boiled in smooth Erdhof cream iced and combined with a crisp, aromatic bitter chocolate by chocolatier Holger In’t Veld. An irresistible moment to get involved in the variety of flavors. Deep – sensual – gentle.
Depending on the season, you will get a composition of 9 (3 varieties) or 16 (5 varieties) chocolates that will take you on a culinary journey and represent the diversity of the ingredients.
Freshly made and delivered to you unfrozen, you have to freeze the chocolates yourself and can store them there until you enjoy them. For a particularly creamy taste experience, you can let the iced chocolates thaw at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before eating.
The chocolates contain partially cream, butter and alcohol. May contain traces of nuts, seeds and gluten.
