Lentil stew
Description
A thick, hearty lentil stew made with organic German lentils from Landgut Pretschen in the Spreewald with a not-so-secret ingredient: Unertl wheat beer. You see, Micha is really rather fond of cooking with things that others prefer to drink – you may already know this from our eatery, where guests regularly ask for second helpings of our legendary Unertl wheat beer sauce. Plus, we’ve called in another old acquaintance to round off the whole thing: our smoked butter adds a really bacon-y, smoky aroma, even though this stew is of course perfectly vegetarian.
Available in the sizes 330g and 700g, depending on how hungry you are.
Once you’ve opened the glass, keep it in the fridge and finish it within the next 2 to 3 days.
