…the green savage. Freshly picked woodruff from the Schorfheide, iced and combined with a crisp, aromatic bitter chocolate by chocolatier Holger In’t Veld.

Edition No.55 / Wild Iced Cherry

…the elegant red. Wild cherries, their blossoms and sour cherry brandy. Combined with the fruity dark chocolate by Simeon Rückert.

Freshly made and delivered to you unfrozen, you have to freeze the chocolates yourself and can store them there until you enjoy them. For a particularly creamy taste experience, you can let the iced chocolates thaw at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before eating. 

Since Kristiane produces the chocolates fresh it might take a couple of days until they are ready for you. We will let you know when you can pick them up.

As a chocolatière and sculpturist/visual artist, Kristiane Kegelmann combines her two professions in the form of her handmade pars chocolates. Her products are based on a deep understanding and enthusiasm for seasonal, sustainably sourced ingredients from local producers. Her chocolates – no, her chocolate sculptures – hint at the dichotomy of nature and architecture, of that which is wild and ancient and that which comes into being through the hand of the art(isan). Using many foraged ingredients, Kristiane creates abstract geometric shapes and adds a playfully creative finish. Each of her chocolates is unique, fusing pure taste, a love of detail and a true sense of craft.
