Experience a burst of traditional Pakistani flavours by adding this spice selection to any green tea infusion. Fennel, cinnamon, green cardamom and star anise come together to get your body in peak condition!
Boil 500 ml of water with 2 teaspoons of green tea leaves. When the water boils, reduce to medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of kahwah masala and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Let everything simmer together for 2-3 minutes. Take out the tea leaves and then serve.
If you want to make it even more decadent, you can also add some saffron, brown sugar or honey.
