Apple paper
Description
In 2008, Hannes Parth began developing paper from apple residues in Bolzano in South Tyrol. The juice production there produces a lot of organic waste – so Hannes asked himself how all of that might be used in a good and sustainable way. When he analyzed the apple residues, he discovered that they contained a lot of cellulose. And for what do you need cellulose? Damn right – paper!
A super sustainable product which looks good to boot! We decided on 2 variants: 95g, which you’ll know from our menu cards, and 135g, which is used for our wine list.
Additional information
paper thickness | 95g (100 sheets/ca 600g), 135g (80 sheets/ca 680g) |

We love this paper and use it for anything official at the restaurant. It would certainly be great as stationery – write a real love letter again! Or use it to make a statement by creating a sustainable resume or use it as your official business paper.
