Heat 250 ml of milk of your choice with 2 tablespoons of black tea. Stir the milk mixture continuously.
Once you’ve got the right colour, add ¼ tea spoons of masala chai mixture to the milk mixture.
Bring the mix to a boil and add sugar to taste.
Drain the spices and serve hot.
