Quince fruit spread
Peter Kunze has picked five different types of quince from his very own trees and, with the addition of just a little sugar, turned them into a golden festival of flavours!
Peter recommends enjoying this jam with good cheese – ideally mozzarella from your trusted deli. Or add it to wild game stock to round off your game gravy with a lovely tartness and just the right amount of sweet. In the warmer months, try adding sparkling wine or water to a spoonful of quince jam in a tall glass for an amazingly refreshing drink.
