This fine-grained Maranello corn is ready in just 5-15 minutes thanks to a pre-cooking process with steam. Nonetheless, you won’t find yourself in want of the rich, original taste of DeTacchi polenta – this one is very, very nearly as good as the real deal. An added benefit is that you can use it in small quantities, too, so this is really a great option for when you’re in a hurry. 

This polenta absorbs more water, which is why the polenta/water ratio should be 1:5.
