This sauce is one of Jens’ personal favourites – and we suspect it’ll soon be one of yours too. The intense aroma of fruity and earthy carrot is contrasted by strong notes of aniseed. It’s a magnificent combination that adds a special something to both meat and vegetable dishes. This vegan sauce needs to be shipped and kept refrigerated.
Works beautifully with pasta dishes, for example with king prawns or with vegetables and white meat. If you love experimental flavour combinations, this one is for you.
