You can see it, smell it, taste it and feel it! Boasting a perfectly balanced sweetness-acidity ratio and a subtle hint of anise, this sauce is great for anything off the grill or out of the pan. It’s lovely and smooth without being too runny and has a delightful “crunch” of black Kampot pepper.
Use it with anything grilled or pan-fried – other than fish, perhaps, as that is a little too delicate for this flavour-packed sauce.
