Mieze Schindler fruit spread

Description

Mieze Schindler is an old variety of strawberry, first cultivated by Otto Schindler in 1925. Thanks to the small amount of sugar used in this fruit spread, it is rather runny and works best when mixed with yoghurt or curd cheese. If you want to use it on bread, just store it in the fridge and it’ll set.
