Description
An invigorating blend of pure rapeseed oil and 15% fennel. Ölmühle an der Havel’s fennel oil isn’t just great for sore tummies, but boasts a delightfully intense fennel aroma.
Vegan, native and cold pressed.
Works great with any vegetables, but be sure to try it with carrots, beets and fish. Fennel oil also goes exceptionally well with tomatoes – just buy a colorful selection and stir together a very simple but exciting dressing of fennel oil, verjus and salt. Alternatively, mix a tablespoon or two into your “Kräuterquark”, make a fennel mayonnaise (just stick to the basic recipe for a milk mayonnaise and swap out the oil) or drizzle it over grilled vegetables. A few drops in a chicken or veggie broth will go a long way, too.
