The backbone of your Italian package? Olive oil, of course, and not just any. We’ve selected Azienda Valentini’s extra native olive oil for you, which is considered a jewel among connoisseurs and makes the perfect base for your sugo. To make sure you’re well equipped for any sauce, we’ve added three different varieties of Emidio Pepe’s durum wheat semolina pasta – spaghetti, penne and mezzi. Of course, no pasta set would be complete without our famous smoked butter. Just add a spoonful of it to your next bolognese or carbonara and you’ll be hooked for sure.

Extra virgin olive oil
The Azienda Agricola Valentini’s olive oil is robust and puristic for which he Azienda finally received a well-deserved certificate of honor in 1899, at the Expo in Nice.
Spaghetti, Penne & Mezzi Paccheri
The ancient durum wheat variety “Senatore Capelli” that the Pepe family uses for their pasta is grown right next to their vineyards. This ancient variety offers a flavour complexity, nutritional profile and fantastic texture you will never ever find at the supermarket.
Take Emidio’s granddaughter Chiara’s wise words of counsel and do yourself (and the pasta) a favour by taking it out of the water two minutes before the boiling time is up and just finish it off in the sauce pan.
Smoked butter
Clarified butter, gently smoked over beech wood – the not-so-secret ingredient in Nobelhart’s kitchen that is great for seasoning sugos.
